How can I try your products?

Simply ask for a 30-day working demo. We will process your request as soon as possible and the demo will be available for you to download.

Do I need internet connection to use your applications?

Internet connection is recommended but it is only needed during the activation of your trial or purchased license.

How do I activate the software?

  1. Click the menu button, click 'License' and then click 'Activate license'
  2. The license can be stored either in a computer or in a removable medium (e.g. USB flash drive) so that it can be easily transferred from one computer to another. If you are going to use the software to one computer go straight to the next step. Otherwise check 'Activate in a removable medium'
  3. In the Activate license dialog type or copy-paste your license number in the License text box
  4. Click 'OK'

How do I download updates?

To download updates log in to your profile.

Do I need to uninstall an older version before I install a newer?

Unless otherwise specified on the download page, you don't have to unistall an older version berfore installing a newer.

I receive 'Unknown error' message while trying to activate. What's wrong?

It is possible that your firewall or antivirus blocks the application's access to the activation server. We recommend temporarily disabling firewall and antivirus during installation and activation.
If the problem persists on the Activate license window, select Telephone activation and send us the 'Additional code' number.

Are my details protected during the transaction?

Yes! We are secure. When you shop online with us, you can shop with confidence knowing that you are totally protected. You can safely enter your credit card information You can further protect your passwords by making sure that your virus-scanning software is kept up to date, and by running anti-spyware programs. These programs can help protect you from viruses or other malware that could compromise your identity even though your computer may seem to be working fine. If you use Microsoft Windows, make sure your Windows updates are enabled to help keep your operating system protected. You can learn more about Microsoft Windows updates at http://www.microsoft.com. Use extra caution when entering your password on a computer that does not belong to you. Viruses, spyware or your browser's settings might be used to compromise your account by recording your username and password.

How will I receive my product?

A downloadable version of your product will be available to you immediately after your purchase. Right after the payment procedure you will be transferred to your 'customer profile' where you can see the license number of the software and download the setup file. All the purchase information, the license number and the invoice will be sent to you through an email.

What if I already have a trial?

If you're already using a trial of a TiSoft product, you may not need to re-download. For trial conversions of many of our products, you will get a license number in your confirmation email and can simply enter that license number in the right space in your trial to activate your licence.

What does the support plan cover?

The support plan covers technical support (via email, telephone or teleconference) and the latest software updates for one year after purchase. By the end of that period you can renew the support plan through our online shop. Please note, you have to be logged in to your profile to be able to purchase a new support plan. The price of the support plan is 15% of the price of the software.

How do I upgrade a Lite or Standard version to a Pro?

You can upgrade a Lite or Standard version to a Pro version (or a Lite version to a Standard version) at any time by only paying the price difference. To upgrade go to the shopping basket. Please note, you have to be logged in to your profile. The upgraded version is a new software license which you will be prompted to activate.
