Why should I login?

Logging in allows you to download the software and view your license information as well as download products from the equipment library. Users of demo versions can also login to their profile.

What is the lisence number?

It is the serial number that grants you permission to use our software.

Why am I asked to provide my license number?

Since licenses are unique and private, they are used to identify customers and to grant them permission to download software updates.

Where is my license number located?

License number can be found in:

• The Purchase confirmation email
• The email with the Demo license
• At the Start page tab of any TiSoft's application window (as long as the application is activated

I cannot find my license ID.
